1-1 or Small Groups In-Person

1-1 or small private group bookings can be taught in your home  (or anywhere with adequate space and comfort). Private sessions are a great way to have a class tailored specifically to your needs. With smaller numbers I can give more hands-on adjustments to enhance your practice.

Maybe you have been physically and or mentally unwell, or you are recovering from injury or illness. Or perhaps you simply want to receive more support and guidance. With 1-1’s I can assess your needs and respond accordingly, so you can gain exactly what you need from your session. You may want to focus on calming the mind and nervous system through breathwork, postures and meditation. Or maybe you want to work on strength, flexibility, and balance, or address a particular weakness or imbalance in the body. If you would like me to put together a home practice specifically designed for you then this can be done in a private session.
