Fison Fitness in Herne Hill is a well-equipped, calm, spacious studio in the heart of Herne Hill. There are plenty of bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets, so I can provide you with what you need in your practice.

A steady, meditative practice is encouraged so you can tune into your own needs and work at the intensity that works for you. I encourage a non-competitive environment where you will feel relaxed and able to fully explore the postures. I teach a wide range of postures that will develop strength, flexibility and balance. I also teach breathwork and meditation practices that will help you to draw inwards and gently begin to quieten the mind. Within my classes I always introduce some spiritual teachings so that you begin to understand yoga as practice that extends beyond the physical postures.
Classes are suitable for complete beginners and more experienced practitioners.
