I have been working as a reflexologist for over 20 years and am passionate about the benefits of this ancient powerful practice. I use firm pressure applied to the feet and lower legs to unblock energy and promote the body’s own healing. Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment that can be used to manage a wide range of conditions or can be used to simply promote wellbeing, and relaxation.
Over the years I have developed an intuitive approach to reflexology using a combination of reiki healing along with pressure into specific reflex points. Reflexology works on the premise that the body and all of its structures are mapped onto the feet. Working on these reflex points promotes healing and balance in the body. I also use massage to release tension in the fascia of the feet and lower leg which can have a powerful effect on releasing tension in the whole of the body. Reflexology can be really useful for people experiencing tightness, or pain in the feet including those with plantar fasciitis. Reflexology is also just a great way to soothe the nervous system, promote relaxation, and restore balance in the mind and body.
Reflexology stimulates your body’s healing ability so it can help to manage pretty much anything, but is particularly good for: headaches, neck and back pain, stress, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, and anxiety.

I can work with young people, teenagers and older people. Reflexology is a very accessible treatment that only requires you to remove your shoes and socks.
