I can teach small groups of teenagers or individuals on a private booking basis. Yoga, breathwork and meditation can have a powerful effect on teenagers’ mental and physical well being. Many young people are experiencing mental health problems as a result of the stresses of education, and modern living. Providing space and opportunity for young people to quieten the mind, release tension, and balance the nervous system could have a transformative effect on their health and wellbeing.

I can deliver a class that focuses on building, strength, balance, flexibility or calming the nervous system and quieting the mind. Whatever the needs of the individual a class can be tailored to meet their specific needs.
Teenagers over the age of 14 are also welcome to join my studio classes.
Costs between £40 – £60 per hour depending on day, time and distance.
